…choose the way you feel
There are four steps in learning a new skill and achieving excellence
Walking, Riding a bike, driving a car, playing an instrument……… etc.
Unconscious incompetence (you don’t know that you don’t know)
Conscious incompetence ( you know that you don’t know)
Conscious competence (you know that you are learning but have to be consciously paying attention in what you are doing because it is recent or new to you)
Unconscious competence ( you have done it so many times you no longer have to consciously pay attention to what you are doing )
1) Changing not knowing that you don’t know
First by eliciting our awareness towards, who we are being (what we are doing) what we are really choosing to be, consciously or unconsciously , in other words our personality structure (prism), beliefs we hold, thinking process based on those , (bringing up our unconscious to consciousness) , the emotions we feel because of that, and our corresponding Actions and behaviours . Repetitive actions become habits and reactions. we do this is compassionately, we think it is the first step in changing something is knowing and accepting what to change and making sure that is within your power to do so.
2) getting to know what you want
By realizing that you have always an intention (this emanates from our self love and awareness), a will born out of every emotion or state of being which might be by sustained by a belief system that either supports you or not. This intention is you intended outcome or objective.
A ship without a destination port does not know when wind blows in its favour. Seneca
3) Designing your way towards it, learning to use your true powers and inner abilities
Once you know what you want we use our power , this is when we use the process in order to guide our energy (focus), our imagination, so we can achieve the supporting, life enhancing states and emotions, that will propitiate actions and behaviours through which we will finally express our chosen response and thus being the person we have designed to be in alignment to our desire.
Imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine and at last you create what you will.George Bernard Shaw
Irish dramatist & socialist (1856 – 1950)
4) we do it consistently, whenever we are aware ,so it becomes not only second nature but our true nature .
As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.
