To transform  the parts  or aspects of you personality structure, that are producing resistance towards the person you really love to be and  evolve, grow, recrystallize , them into  the ones that will allow and support you in acquiring your chosen  way of being.
To change the emotional resistance into new life enhancing states that will support you in moving towards the healthier, happier and more abundant version of you.
To change being guided by what you think other people might be thinking about you and instead be guided by your own choices, the ones that when you imagine them or live them make you feel good, because that is you internal satnav system letting you know that you are on track, that you area allowing yourself to be, therefore growing.
To change your unwanted and fearful reactions into creative loving chosen responses.
To change unwanted habits and addictions, into empowering actions and behaviours.
To change circumstances controlling you (your reactions and emotions) into you creating your circumstances by choosing your emotional response any time anywhere.
To change your irrational fears, into confident rational excitements.
To stop shrinking to try to fit in and instead continue growing to really fit in the life you really love to live.
To change the belief system (your superstitions) that holds you down into your tastefully chosen belief structure (your faith) that fully supports you towards the person you choose to be.
To change unfulfilling fate into your chosen fulfilling destiny.
To change unhealthy mental patterns and attitudes into healthy, vibrant and energetic ones.
